Abstract

En el actual proceso de desarrollo urbanístico del litoral valenciano ligado a la actividad turística juegan un papel clave: la producción del planeamiento urbano, la realidad socio - económica y elmedio físico-natural destacando, en este último aspecto, la presencia de playas de arena fina que se presentan como el recurso o atractivo básico. El estud io del área costera, a través del análisis sistémico, permite diferenciar determinadas intensidades de uso, así como caracterizar diferentes modelos de desarrollo en el litoral del norte castellonense.
