Abstract

The re-socialization and normalization of juveniles in conflict with the law includes the social integration as a precautionary measure not to commit new penal infringements that break out into new judicial measures, in the penal process of jurisdiction to juveniles or the chronicity of the criminal conduct in the jurisdiction to adult people. If primary and secondary preventions are important, the tertiary one, which is reinforced by insertion and normalization into the labour market, is equally important. Both the Ministry of the Provincial Government and Justice and the proper centres to take steps articulate those mechanisms necessary to provide the tools to insert the juveniles and young people under judicial supervision into the labour force.
