Innovación y producción del conocimiento en el fenómeno de la emergencia de un nuevo emprendedor académico: análisis de las acciones IDEX en Francia desde el prisma de la gubernamentalidad

Higher education in France is suffering transformations which crystallize in the emergence of organizations based on expertise. This process has been fed by a governance articulated around New Public Management, what makes appropriate its analysis under Foucauldian notion of governmentality, considering along it not just current relational dynamics which are responsible of construction and perpetuation of power in the workframe of public politics of higher education, but also subjectivation processes which lead to reflexive selves formation that are incarnated by academics, who resist face to rationality assuming roles which are linked here with entrepreneurship. In this work, we explore from this point of view the conception of the program IDEX in France, which started in 2010 with the main aim of creating research poles based on excellence.
