Intellectual property policy
The authors retain the moral and patrimonial rights of their works. They only grant to the journal Studia Philologica Valentina the non-exclusive license for the first publication of these works. Therefore, authors may enter into other independent and additional contractual agreements for the publication of the article, review, or other text originally published in Studia Philologica Valentina or with modifications (including the title), provided that they clearly indicate that the work was first published in Studia Philologica Valentina.
Non-exclusive license for use
Once a text has been approved for publication, the author will be asked to complete and submit a signed non-exclusive license for use. By granting this license, the author allows Studia Philologica Valentina to edit, reproduce, and publish the corresponding text in open access.
