Intellectual Property Policy
The authors retain the moral and economic rights to their works. They only grant Vivesiana, Journal of Humanism and Renaissance a non-exclusive licence for the first publication of their work. Therefore, authors may make separate and additional contractual arrangements for the publication of the article, review or other text originally published in Vivesiana, Journal of Humanism and Renaissance, or with modifications (including the title) provided that they clearly indicate that the work was first published in Vivesiana, Journal of Humanism and Renaissance.
Non-exclusive use licence
Once a text has been approved for publication, the author must sign a NON-EXCLUSIVE USE LICENSE, which must be sent to the Editorial Committee together with a copy of official identification. By granting this licence, the author allows Vivesiana, Journal of Humanism and Renaissance to edit, reproduce and publish the corresponding text, without profit and free of charge or royalties. In the case of co-authored works, a non-exclusive licence for each co-author must be submitted.

Since Vivesiana, Journal of Humanism and Renaissance, is an open access publication, readers may reproduce all or part of its contents provided they give proper credit to the corresponding authors and to the journal itself.
When submitting a proposal for collaboration, authors should indicate acceptance of the above terms by ticking a checkbox that will be displayed in the Submissions form.
Vivesiana, Journal of Humanism and Renaissance, undertakes not to make commercial use of the texts it receives or publishes.
