Between the agency and the structure: the struggle of migrants for a diverse and inclusive citizenship during the COVID19 pandemic

This article focuses on the strategies deployed by immigrant associations in the context of the COVID19 pandemic. It focuses on migrants’agency to solve the structural constraints of their insertion in the destination countries, and concludes that these strategies have been consolidated and represent a qualitative change in the dynamics of migrant associations.
