Costa Gavras shot Missing in 1982, a film in which he criticizes US policies in Latin America through Charles Horman’s case, an example of the phenomenon of enforced disappearances of persons, which constitutes an international crime. The movie further illustrates the sense of Ihering’s expression “the struggle for Law”
