Este artículo intenta analizar la hostelería de la Comunidad Valenciana, sector turístico tradicional que sufre hoy la dura competencia de otras formas de alojamiento. Además, su estructura popular y minifundista y la fuerte estacionalidad de su demanda son problemas añadidos que necesitan una urgente solución para salir de la crisis actual.Downloads
