Abstract

Este artículo se enmarca dentro del estudio general de barrancos, tan frecuentes en el área mediterránea y de especial protagonismo en la hidrografía de la zona. El Barranc de la Casella es uno de los últimos tributarios del Xúquer, y el estudio de su cuenca se ha abordado desde la perspectiva estratigráfica y sedimentológica con el fin de analizar su comportamiento durante las últimas pulsaciones climáticas cuaternarias.
