Abstract

El establecimiento de un esquema de evolución morfogenética para el sector medio del río Palancia está basado en el análisis de los diferentes niveles de terrazas y glacis reconocidos. El estudio sedimentológico y estratigráfico permite diferenc iar cinco niveles de terrazas que enlazan con la vertiente por medio de glacis. En general, son ocho las principales etapas de erosión-depósito que se han definido desde su génesis en la segunda gran etapa distensiva de la Cadena Ibérica centro-oriental. .
