Resumen

Proceedings of the 5th IberoLatinoAmerican Congress - FILAOT held in Lima (Peru) from October 21 to 23, 2015, with more than 20 speakers from 8 countries and more than 160 attendees from all Latin American countries. The main objectives were achieved: high scientific level, discussions at the highest level and unification criteria.
