Technology advances at an unstoppable rate and has long been part of the learning processes in classrooms. Music education is not alien to this fact and the digital tools available to teachers and students have led to new ways of approaching teaching. Today we can give a good account of research carried out in this area that relates technology and music. These and other studies show a growing interest in the field of educational technology and more and more teachers are committed to a music education of the 21st century. The two articles that make up this monograph offer research related to this topic.
