Abstract

Swanwick (1991: 14) finds its coincidence with three basic pillars of musical education: interest in musical traditions, sensitivity to pupils, and awareness of the social and cultural contexts. community. This last theory has increased its relevance in recent years by migratory social processes and the immediacy and amplitude of sound messages from anywhere on the planet provided by the media.
