Abstract
The implementation of music in the educational system is not yet consolidated. Without knowing why, the context of the humanities debate resurrects «the marias». Music needs a decided opposition of invigoration and margin to accredit what can contribute to a new way of understanding the curriculum, as a factor of human development and of building knowledge of oneself and the social environment of today's children and adolescents.
