Abstract

Orff-Schulwerk can be defined as a pedagogy that organizes the elements of music for children through language, singing, interpretation and dance. Orff defines this approach with the metaphors of "idea" and "wild flower": through its nutrition, the flower will flourish and maintain its identity.
