A practical proposal of colective singing in the adolescence. A study at a Spanish High School

This article discusses a study of choral singing in a secondary school. Based on a quasi-experimental design, a vocal training program for adolescents was carried out at a high school located in the southern part of Madrid. Most of the participants belonging to the experimental group significantly improved their self-esteem as vocal students, and felt more motivated to practice singing group in the music classroom.
