This analysis is the result of the study of non-university educational culture. The information, here shown, are useful for understanding why teachers have changed their unconditional identification with the institution in which they work, to describe a bleak scholar context, at least, so that it follows its public demonstrations. The interest in the choice of subject is justified by the general approach of this paper. This is to cover the analysis of schools, but from a vision focused on what happens inside, with an emphasis on the profession. To achieve this goal, the objective is to analyze the collective identity of non-university teachers, defended and transmitted in the last decade by the education unions. To arrive at an answer, we have analyzed a set of documents resulting from the union conferences, news reports, magazines, internal documents, etc.
