This work emphasizes the need to development and growth theoretical frameworks to compare impacts have ducational policies in the public universities. In the course of different processes of research that we have done around the university, we noticed a vacuum theoretical what evidence a scarce power in the conceptualization of the studies of the university and a decrease of the dialog around the epistemology between academics interested in his study.
Especially, in this text, we have a reflection about this transformation in México; we generate issues of problematization and establish reflections and questions to predefine dimensions of study. Whit the paper, we hope to contribute to renewal of the set of categories which analyzes
to the public university.
