iLAB

With the aim of enhancing the Diablotexto Digital journal with new added services that facilitate a connection and communication between the academic community and society at large, the DTD_iLab laboratory was established in June 2021.

This experimentation space advocates for the importance of solid and rigorous understanding of language as a necessary means for critical discernment and the development of concrete actions oriented towards serving the community.

Our goal is to promote interdisciplinary collaborative work that enables new responses to the current challenges of our society from a humanistic perspective.

Our project is built upon four fundamental pillars that embody the convergent vocation from which we design action policies in DTD_iLab:

1. INvestigate. We conceive investigation as the core of the project and the germinal element of all our actions.
2. INnovate. We believe in educational innovation and strive to enhance the capacity of education as a necessary tool for social transformation.
3. INterpellate. We call on the scientific and educational communities as well as the whole society to engage in a dialogue. We require their involvement in the implementation of targeted and concrete actions in a process of reciprocal and recurring interpellation.
4. INtegrate.  We believe in integration: collaborative work and transdisciplinary approach as necessary means for the development of effective practices.
