Conflict of interest policy

According to the criteria of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), a conflict of interest is defined as personal, academic, political, economic or commercial interests that may influence the process of biased evaluation of a publication proposal.

Authors and reviewers are encouraged to inform the Editorial Committee of the Journal of any possible conflicts of interest that may influence the acceptance or rejection of any scientific communication. The Editorial Committee will make the decision it deems most appropriate to avoid the presence of conflicts of interest at any time during the editorial process.
