Author guidelines

If you wish to submit your manuscript to EFIT, please follow the Author Guidelines and submit your contribution via the enabled platform.

Post-publication discussions and corrections

In case of complaints about possible scientific malpractice in published articles, the journal will open a formal investigation. If a manuscript is found to be fraudulent, an official retraction will be issued by the journal, which will also be reflected in the corresponding indexes. This review process can be initiated regardless of when the manuscript was published.

Endogamy

The volumes comply with the ANECA criteria on the quality of scientific journals. More than 80% of the authors are external to the Editorial Board and the journal organisation. Moreover, the publication proposals received are reviewed and reported by two external reviewers, following the double-blind peer-review system. Likewise, more than 40% of our Editorial Committee and 100% of our Scientific Committee is composed of members from outside the Universitat de València.

Internationalisation

EFIT has articles written in several languages. In addition, article titles, keywords and abstracts are in the language of the article and in English.

At least 50% of the members of the Scientific Committee and 20% of the authors belong to foreign institutions.
