Some of the changes that have occurred in the field of the epistemology of research require us to revise in a more critical sense much of what is normally investigated in education. The existence of these changes is due to the verification of new paradigms in education; Of which research has to be more seriously aware. One of the variables that can affect more or less directly is the degree of autonomy and professional development of research professors. A research centered on the job (teaching center) , Centered on a project, centered in practice, focused on the practical problems of its kind and carried out in a specific concept, as a member of a collective (Department or Cloister) and that once the specific needs of the research were raised, so that The faculty participates in the design, implementation and evaluation of the same. With this document we intend to expose the moments, the aims and the orientations carried out in a project of work from the research-action.
