This work is a Doctoral Thesis project, focused on the research on the curricula and current legislation of Music Education from the field of primary to university education, including conservatories and music schools within the countries of the U.E. In order to establish the situation in which our country is in relation to Europe, while contrasting the same data that is the subject of the comparison with another country not belonging to the U.E. And enjoy an education and musical culture worthy of following as a model in Spain.
