The scientific rigor of the work in the legal treatment of the teachingsMusical education and its imbrication in the national educational system culminates with the study of the academic and / or professional titles to which they lead; Highlighting the special interest in the jurisprudential analysis that illustrates the casuistry that emerged in this area of education. As far as the administrative organization of the establishments that impart them, the author analyzes with critical spirit the autonomous formulas chosen for the Superior Studies of Music that are specified in the Autonomous Organism, for the Community of Aragon or the Valencian according to the corresponding laws of Creation of the Institute of Superior Artistic Education; The Foundation, with the creation of the ESMUC in Catalonia, Musikene in the Basque Country, or the respective Private Foundations for the Conservatory of Music in the Balearic and Canary Islands; And the Administrative Agency, chosen by Andalusia.
