Abstract

The correlation between absenteeism, educational failure, early dropping out of school and situations of risks in juveniles or in conflict with the law is a fact widely recorded. Here we add evidences focused on the province of Seville, also attending to other aspectss related to the situation of risk or illegality. We argue in favour of further improvements and prevention against proposals to harden the legislation for juveniles and to increase the judicialization of disruptive conducts.
