Teachers are one of the most studied groups, but their vision of the educational system have taken a secondary place. In this paper we want to know what they think about their working conditions: wage, training, established job, access to profession, social prestige. Furthermore, perceptions of themselves will be contrast with official information and with the one given by experts in different educational fields, politician in education, unions representatives and directors of institutes of evaluation and quality.
