After reviewing the development of the scholarly perceptions about the authorship of La Celestina in the last years, this article focuses on the subsets Mp-a and Mp-b of the Manuscrito de Palacio, particularly on the first one and some textual modifications of the second copyst. It states that they stem from different models and that the marginal glosses are in fact additions by the second copyst which end up in the printed text. This process was applied to the twelve acts that formed the primitive Terentian comedy. It also suggests some solutions for the loci critici «Minerva», «el can», «el cuchillo» and «huevos cocidos».
