Abstract

He conjecture of this article assumes that the power relations present in the practices of higher education are determined by the government guidelines , in turn influenced by the production requirements of a globalized economic model. Meaning, among other things, that the university functions as producers producing device. In conclusion, it became clear during the analysis can not be assumed a political and ontological “transparency” of the epistemological subject, moral and promoted by modernity. Subjectivity constituted from the speeches and practices analyzed in this paper evidence epistemic, ethical and political subjectivity captured for operation in the words of Negri, the global capitalist machine. Today, higher education is subordinated determines the ontological possibilities of creating innovative and business demands of global capital.
