Intellectual property policy

Authors retain the moral and economic rights to their works. They only grant Journal of Literary Education a non-exclusive licence for the first publication thereof. Therefore, authors may enter into other independent and additional contractual agreements for the publication of the article, review, or any other text originally published in Journal of Literary Education or with modifications (including the title) provided they clearly indicate that the work was first published in Journal of Literary Education.

Non-exclusive Licence Once a text has been approved for publication, the author must sign a NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENCE, which must be sent to the Editorial Committee along with a copy of official identification. By granting this licence, the author allows Journal of Literary Education to edit, reproduce, and publish the corresponding text, without profit and free of charge or royalties.

In the case of co-authored works, a non-exclusive licence must be sent for each co-author.
