Abstract

A new critical edition of a literary text, wealthy enough, by the deacon and judge Bonsom, and its translation into Catalan. A Paleographic and Philological justification for the new proposed readings. Bonsom’s literary personality in the context of the best homines scholastici of his time and their cultural environment. Identification of the main characters in the story and the legal action contained in the diploma studied.
