This article goes through the testimonies written with the characteristics of the memoirs annotation during the 14th-15th century in the area of Valencia. These texts do not happen to be, in many cases, just simple marginal notes or short entries in more pretencious works, but they represent the initial stages of the Valencian diaristic. Moreover, a this stage of the activity, the authors do not usually put in an appearance, they cannot be seen, rather we must detect them since they are a reflection of the society around them.
