The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between appearance in France – in the 60s – of a new way of understanding the science-fiction genre, strongly linked to eroticism, and the consolidation of comics as an new expressive form, cultural and artistic addressed to the adult reader, based on the concept of art comic. In particular, we analyze the references and influences of foundational works as Barbarella, Saga de Xam, Pravda and Jodelle, which are a turning point in Europe between the comic as a media in young people and adult.
