Abstract

This paper aims to spread the role of Nominal Group Technique as a tool for qualitative research and its application in the field of education as a tool of educational innovation in the classroom. We propose a model in which the key is commitment among work group members and a cooperative orientation in decision-making. These elements allow the diagnosis, treatment and intervention of aspects that allow the acquisition, stimulation and development of personal skills of students.
