Abstract

This paper presents a hierarchized list of Spanish semantic labels that can be used as genus in the analytical definitions of nouns of HECHO (FACT) in a general language dictionary. We discuss the concept of actantial formula and we give several examples of the main descriptive means used in our semantic descriptions: semantic disjunctions, typed variables, split variables, semantic relationships between variables, etc. We present in Annex the full list of the semantic labels of ACCIÓN (ACTION), with examples and their respective actantial formulae. Regarding further work, we consider the hierarchized list of ENTIDADES (ENTITIES) and the notion of semantic field.
