Abstract

One of the most important issues in social work’s World is quality of communications inside the Social Services’ net and fluency and operability of relation of this Social network with the environment and with the people that it is working for. About this depends the quality of life of a large part of citizenship of villages and neighborhoods of our cities. Through the experience that is currently being carried out in two Albacete’s neighborhood we will see how Learning Communities methodology is also a villous tool to transform the net, remaking from the shared dream between social work professionals, entities, the Albacete Learning Community and the articipants-users people of the Social Network. The accent, in this paper, is situated in the position that social workers have in this ‘Neighborhood dream’, and the special relevance of the dialogic communicative acts promotion in their professional work as a warranty to social improve and transformation.
