Lawfare lingüístic contra el llenguatge inclusiu a la trinxera d’X

Resumen
El lenguaje de género neutro (LGN) se propone como herramienta para ayudar a combatir el sesgo de género codificado en el lenguaje tradicional, representativo de prácticas e ideologías sociales androcéntricas. A su vez, ofrece la oportunidad de expresar identidades más allá de las limitaciones impuestas por las estructuras rígidas de los esquemas binarios y cisheteronormativos. Sin embargo, en su mayoría, los discursos oficiales se adhieren a una agenda conservadora que no se siente interpelada por las reivindicaciones vinculadas a la LNG. Argüimos que, como resultado, se añade el desapoderamiento lingüístico a la marginación de unas poblaciones que de por sí ya están socialmente bastante marginadas, y se fomenta la confrontación social. Utilizando la red social de X como barómetro de las ideologías subyacentes a las diferentes posiciones, presentamos un análisis temático reflexivo basado en 150 tuits producidos en el año 2023 y 2024. Los resultados indican que, mientras que hay voces que ven la utilidad de la LNG para visibilizar identidades silenciadas y expresar el compromiso por la equidad social, otros se resisten, haciéndose eco de las posiciones oficiales sobre la base de nociones de autenticidad lingüística y legitimidad autoritativa. Además, a pesar de que se presenta como debate lingüístico, muchas actitudes parecen estar utilizando la oficialidad para reforzar prácticas discriminatorias contra las identidades generizadas.
