Abstract

This article presents part of the results of a research project carried out by the group ESBRINA of the University of Barcelona. The project aimed to understand the changes derived from the economic, social, cultural, technological and labour restructuring of Spanish university, and to link these transformations to the professional identity of university teachers and researchers.
