Auditoria tecnoètica per a l’ús sostenible de plataformes digitals a l’Educació Primària

Resum

L'ús estès de les plataformes digitals a l'educació primària comporta implicacions problemàtiques a nivell ètic i sostenible com la generació i l'ús de les dades que beneficia agents aparentment externs del procés d'ensenyament i aprenentatge. Tot i això, són poques les investigacions i solucions pràctiques en aquest nivell educatiu. Presentem una auditoria tecnoètica testejada pel claustre d'una escola de Catalunya per fomentar la reflexió sobre les qüestions socials, comercials, ambientals i pedagògiques que suposa l'ús de la tecnologia a l'educació. Els resultats mostren una valoració tecnoètica negativa de les plataformes utilitzades a l'estudi de cas. A més, s'ha evidenciat un nivell escàs de conscienciació que ha millorat després de l'auditoria, generant coneixement sobre les metadades o dades ocultes, l'accessibilitat i la inclusivitat de les plataformes, el seu impacte mediambiental, els interessos comercials dels Bigtech com a empreses proveïdores, i la justificació pedagògica entrellaçada del seu ús. A la llum dels resultats i recolzant-nos en la bibliografia sobre el tema, proposem recomanacions per a l'administració, l'escola i els docents com a conclusions que garanteixin l'ús ètic i sostenible de les plataformes digitals.
